It is a service that allows you the customer to learn how to operate your programs. We can show you how to operate the basic functions of you programs, install your program and give you a basic understanding of those programs. How does it work? When you sign up for the service, you send us your program questions via email or call us and we will record a video of the question that shows you how to operate that program, install a program or show you basic operations of that program. We will upload a web page of that video and send you a link to our website so you will have an easy access to the view the video(s).
